About Me
Hi, I'm Prerana.
I'm a Counselling Psychologist and Somatic Practitioner with a deep interest in how our minds, bodies and relationships shape the way we experience life.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about developing a kinder relationship with yourself, making sense of your experiences and creating space for lasting change.
I draw from person-centred therapy, trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation and body-based approaches. Rather than following a single framework, I tailor therapy to each individual and what they need.
My hope is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood and supported - not judged or rushed.
